Panther Club Registration

Panther Club Registration

Panther Club registration will be on-line beginning Sun., July 1.  Please click here to access the registration process. The registration fee will be $35.00 per child through midnight on Tues., Aug. 14.  After that date/time, it will increase to $50 per child.  This fee must be paid with a credit card.

 

The billing period begins on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the same month.  Statements will be mailed or emailed (your preference) within ten days.  If you do not receive your statement within ten days of the end of the billing cycle, call the MSD Accountant (925-377-4111) for a duplicate.  Payments cannot be accepted at the Panther Club or school office. Payments can be made by check, credit card or cash.  For those who choose to have the invoice emailed, there will be a link that allows you to pay online by credit card. Check (payable to MSD) or cash payments must be made or sent to the District Office (1540 School St, Moraga, CA 94556). Payments must be received by the due date to avoid a penalty.  

 

Drop-in Reservations

Drop-in reservations should be made prior to 9:00 AM, preferably via email.  If you leave a phone message, you must wait for a confirmation.  Confirmations will be done by phone or email.  If you do not receive a confirmation from the Panther Club staff for your email or voice message, do not assume your child has a reservation.

 

Early/Late Schedule

The Early/Late Schedule begins Mon., Sept. 10, 2018.

 

­CONTINUING RELEASE POLICY

FOR PANTHER CLUB 

 

 

We will no longer be accepting phone calls to release your child earlier or later than your specified time on your Dismissal Instructions.  You should have already received this information by mail if you registered last year or it will be in your registration packet if you are registering this year.

 

In order to change the time your child is to be released on a given day, we will accept notification by fax (925.247.0139 ) or  e-mail us at PantherClub@moraga.k12.ca.us or you can come to the club to sign out your child..  Please give us a minimum of 30 minutes notice for a written time change. Our staff is often busy with your children and are not always able to check the fax or computer. 

 

Our main concern is your child’s safety so if they are not picked up within ten minutes, they are to return to the club and you will need to come to the club to sign them out.

Drops-ins and cancellations must be called in on our phone line (377-7465).

Reminders

Also, if you know you will be late and need to send your child to Panther Club, please contact both Panther Club and the school office at least half an hour prior to dismissal so that your child can be notified.

Panther Club Reminders
